NFL Sunday Could See the WFT Move Ahead

NFL Sunday Could See the WFT Move Ahead

After one of their biggest games of the year in which they beat the Buffalo Bills, most fans are starting to question whether the New England Patriots can move forward into the postseason and get to their first Super Bowl since the Belichick-Brady era. This idea doesn’t sound that crazy since they’ve already shown what it takes to play against the best and beat them with perfect execution on both offense and defense. However, Tampa Bay continues to successfully defend their title every time they step on the field. There’s a possibility we could see a Super Bowl matchup between the greatest QB ever, Tom Brady, and one of the most legendary coaches of all time in Bill Belichick.

Rodgers Ownership Against Chicago

In one of the biggest spotlights on NFL Sunday, and for the first of our NFL picks, the Green Bay Packers face the Chicago Bears after another spectacular performance from their star QB Aaron Rodgers. Some of the most iconic words ever said in this rivalry was when he yelled at the crowd: “I own you” on multiple occasions.

Now it is time for these two to meet again, and the Bears will look to set the record straight and prove to everybody that whatever was said was just trash talk. Also, their young rookie QB Justin Fields has been cleared to play this week. What better opportunity than being able to do this against one of the best QBs in the league. Chicago will need to get back at Green Bay in this one, not only to improve their very inconsistent record but to defend the Bears’ pride and get a win on their home field.

Pick: Packers to win.

NFC East Battle

The hottest team in the NFL, the Washington Football Team, will host the Dallas Cowboys in an exciting matchup that will show the true colors for each from the opening kick-off. Coming in on paper as the stronger team, the Cowboys have a lot of pressure on them to win on the road against a very dangerous WFT that’s on a four-game winning streak. They are led by QB Taylor Heinicke, who has been doing an excellent job and has developed outstanding leadership, which helps his team be successful.

In scoring and overall offense, Dallas has the upper hand and averages 8.9 points more than their opponents. They’ve done this by utilizing the passing game as their primary weapon but have had more success when combining it with a solid ground game. This matchup will be very definitive for the division and every team that has the postseason in its sights.

Pick: WFT to win.

Browns at Ravens

The rematch is on for next Sunday when the Cleveland Browns look to set the record straight against the Baltimore Ravens, who are coming off a loss against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Playing at home, the Browns need a win to help get out of the cellar in their division.

For QB Baker Mayfield, this will be one of the most critical games after being put under some doubt recently due to injuries and questionable performances. It’s time for them to shine in front of the Cleveland crowd and move through to their next challenge.

Pick: Ravens to win.

Buccaneers at Bills

In a fascinating QB matchup, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will host the always dangerous Buffalo Bills at home. Brady will play against Allen in what should be a display of two high-level offenses. The Bills are coming into this game after a loss against the New England Patriots, where they got exposed on multiple occasions and didn’t have enough to overcome them at home.

Buffalo now has a huge contest coming up against the defending champion Bucs. While they’re still one of the top teams in the league, they need to become better as the window closes on the regular season if they want to succeed this postseason.
