Several coaches are also likely going to be looking for new homes after the season ends. 

Rams at Packers

Two of the top teams in the league will clash on Sunday when the LA Rams visit Lambeau Field to take on the Green Bay Packers. QB Aaron Rodgers is listed as questionable to play in this game due to a toe injury. It is no secret that Green Bay is not the same without their biggest star, and the possibility of him not playing may change expectations about this matchup. Both teams are coming off a loss during their very successful season runs, with the Rams losing two in a row since their convincing win against the Houston Texans in Week 8.

Ravens at Browns

The Baltimore Ravens are ready to set the table and take on the Cleveland Browns at home. Both teams have been under a cloud of doubt since going 3-2 in their last five games. The Ravens sit atop the AFC North and are still considered by some to be Super Bowl contenders. QB Baker Mayfield must step up to the challenge as he’s been under a lot of scrutiny from the Cleveland fans. He was booed in their last game against the Detroit Lions, in which they barely came out on top by a score of 13-10. It’s now up to former MVP QB Lamar Jackson to lead his team to a win that will give the team more confidence going forward into the postseason.

Patriots at Titans

The New England Patriots have stepped up their defensive game in recent weeks and are now being mentioned in the conversation of teams considered to be the best in the league. The Patriots will face their biggest challenge so far when they meet the Tennessee Titans, who have suffered a lot of recent injuries. This includes their juggernaut star RB Derrick Henry, who is out until January, and WR A.J Brown, who is listed as questionable to play on Sunday with a chest injury. The Titans have been able to adjust their rotation to remain successful in recent games and still hold the top position in the AFC South Division. They are now looking to kill the buzz that the Patriots have generated in their recent performances and make a statement to the entire league as they head towards the playoffs.

Changes Possibly Coming to NFL Teams

There’s no doubt that several NFL team coaches know they’re in the hot seat. Whether they’re given another chance to turn things around or if they’ll receive their pink slips remains to be seen. Matt Nagy has been on the verge of an exit from the Chicago Bears for a while and, despite a recent win that broke the team’s losing streak, he could still be out of a job in a few more weeks.

Some football fans and insiders believe that the Detroit Lions head coach, Dan Campbell, should be fired, as well. It might just be because they’re sore losers, however, as the Lions are the team that allowed Nagy to stay alive. Still, Detroit has a string of issues that the team needs to address, and a change at the helm might be in order.

The New York Giants already fired offensive coordinator Jason Garrett. Now, some believe that additional coaching changes might be coming. These are just rumors, but the Giants need to make some more shifts if they expect to improve next year.
