Midway through December, NFL Week 15 starts with a classic showdown between the Chargers and Chiefs as Kansas City relies on their solid road performance level to surpass the LA squad. As for NBA picks and parlays action, the top-ranked Nets are set to face Philly, the Suns will host a visit from the slumping Wizards and the Rockets to attempt an urgent comeback against the Knicks.

Mahomes & Herbert’s Duel Extends as Kansas City Seeks Rematch

The top-QB duel started in Week 2 of last season when the Chargers could not prevent a 23-20 tight loss to the Chiefs. Although looking to keep strong resilience against the Chiefs, the Chargers will have to overcome Kansas City’s current 9-4 season record and break their five-game winning streak.

The Chargers’ 8-5 mark is also looking sharp. Although an outstanding effort will be required for LA to sustain solid passing and rushing yard production, they have a strong chance of pulling a second season-win over the chiefs tonight.

The Odds slightly lean towards Kansas City, but the Chargers will overcome.

Nets Attempt Their Fourth Straight Win over the 76ers

First Atlanta, then Detroit and finally Toronto. The Brooklyn Nets will attempt to add Philly to the list as their next victim. The Nets lead the Atlantic with a 20-8 overall season record. The squad, commanded by former Warrior Kevin Durant, is ready to take on Philadelphia this Thursday night.

Even if some degree of Atlantic Division rivalry begins to spark at the last minute, the Nets should be more than capable of pulling off a win over Philly tonight. 

Suns to Outshine Wizards at Phoenix

The Wizards continue to push for the Southeast Division lead, yet they will stand against the Suns and their solid 20-8 season record if they wish to bring some heat over Miami’s lead. The Suns are on a similar intent to take back the Western Conference lead spot from the Warriors.

With a current 3-2 recording in the last five games, and just weeks from their 18-0 season start, the Suns seem almost unbeatable, and there seems to be very little Washington can do to prevent a defeat.

The Suns are all set for a Thursday night victory as they keep narrowing the margin between themselves and the Warriors.    

Rockets to Fire It up against Knicks

The Houston Rockets are now fourth in the Southwest and have a 9-19 season record, yet the hopes for a sudden turnaround continue to fade. Still, the squad led by Christian Wood is ready to continue trying and will now do so against the Knicks.

With the Rockets 3-2 and the Knicks at 1-4 over both squads’ last five performances, Houston is trailing on a slight edge for tonight’s game. Although still tight, the Rockets should be able to get a win over New York.
